Weighing in at only 7.2 ounces, the all new SlimTRAK real time tracking system makes all others obsolete! No more complicated wiring or GPS antenna mounting. Due to new state-of-the-art "high sensitivity antenna" technology, the very small SlimTRAK tracker is completely self contained, including 4 standard "AA" batteries that power the unit for a full 3 months. Of course, if you prefer a permanent installation, connection assembly with battery back up is also available.

INSTALLS IN SECONDS: Once activated, SlimTRAK can be installed just about anywhere in the vehicle, under seat, in glove box, or any other convenient location. (Not recommend for use in a trunk.) For covert applications, our custom fitted waterproof magnetic case allows for quick installation under the vehicle or under hood. Unit can easily be moved from one vehicle to another. We will send you a pre-paid sim card with 100 FREE pings (location updates) if you choose to use our T-Mobile or Cingular pre paid cards or you can get your own pre-paid SIM card by visiting a T-Mobile or Cingular Store. After your 100 FREE locates are used you will go to T-Mobile's website to add more locates.

 

Unlimited: We offer unlimited tracking service for $59.95 a month payable in advance for 6 months. With this service you will get 24/7 access to our service and unlimited amount of pings with our sim card.

 

Activation: There is a YEARLY fee of $89.95 for activation of your unit and 24/7 web site access. Upon receiving your unit, it will be activated and ready to use!.

NOTE: upon receipt of your unit you will activate the gps and choose your service plan via the internet.

Q. How often does the SlimTRAKgps update its locaton?
A. The slimtrak comes pre-programmed for 5 minute updates but can be configured for as little as 2 minute updates if desired or as much as ONCE a day updates. When logging into the website click locate to get a current position of the slimtrak plus you will also see the last 120 locations of the unit.

Q. What are the dimensions and weight of the SlimTRAKgps?
A. Size is 5.78" x 2.99" x 1.44" (143.3 mm x 76.2 mm x 36.7 mm) without the COVERT case and 8.5" x 4.75" x 2" with the COVERT case. Weight is 205 grams (7.2 oz) not including batteries and 300 grams (10.2 oz) with 4 AA alkaline batteries.
